  • 4 pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Pat dry your pork chops with the paper towel.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-6 minutes each side or until nicely browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
